Prefabricated pier and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated bridge pier. The prefabricated bridge pier comprises an upper bridge pier and a lower bridge pier which are spliced together, wherein a groove is formed in thebottom of the upper bridge pier, a plurality of reinforcing steel bars which are annularly distributed are pre-arranged in the groove, and a positioning pin is fixed to the center of the groove; a positioning circular hole matched with the positioning pin is formed in the top of the lower pier; a positioning block is fixed in the positioning circular hole; through holes in one-to-one correspondence with the steel bars are formed in the edge of the top of the lower pier; an annular groove is formed in the outer side wall of the lower pier; the top of the annular groove is higher than the top ofthe lower pier; an outlet in the bottom of the through hole is located in the annular groove; a reinforcement cage is fixed in the annular groove; reinforcements penetrate through the through holes and then are fixedly connected with the reinforcement cage; a grouting hole is formed in the lower pier; and an outlet of the grouting hole is located in the top of the lower pier. The defects in the prior art can be overcome, and time consumed in the prefabricated pier assembling process is shortened.
本发明公开了一种预制桥墩,包括拼接在一起的上桥墩和下桥墩,所述上桥墩底部设置有凹槽,凹槽内预置有环形排布的若干个钢筋,凹槽中心固定有定位销;下桥墩的顶部设置有与定位销相配合的定位圆孔,定位圆孔内固定有定位块,下桥墩顶部的边缘设置有与钢筋一一对应的通孔,下桥墩的外侧壁设置有环形槽,环形槽的顶部高于下桥墩的顶部,通孔底部的出口位于环形槽内,环形槽内固定有钢筋笼,钢筋穿过通孔后与钢筋笼固定连接,下桥墩内设置有注浆孔,注浆孔的出口位于下桥墩的顶部。本发明能够改进现有技术的不足,减少预制式桥墩拼装过程的耗时。
