The invention discloses a rail snow remover capable of removing snow and preventing a rail from being frozen again. The rail snow remover comprises a shell, wherein a working cavity is formed in the shell; a snow sweeping cavity communicated with the working cavity is formed in the right side of the working cavity; a transmission cavity is formed in the rear side of the working cavity; the left side of the working cavity is provided with a rotating shaft rotationally connected with the inner wall of the upper side of the working cavity. According to the invention, snow between the rails is cleaned and collected through the snow cleaning device, anti-freezing particles are added into the collected snow for processing, and then the processed snow is discharged so as to achieve the purpose ofpreventing the rail from being frozen for the second time. The front side of the rail snow remover is further provided with an ice chiseling device which is used for processing ice blocks on the twosides of the rail. The rail snow remover also has the function of sweeping obstacles in front of the snow removal device, so that the snow removal device can smoothly move forwards, and the advancingresistance of the snow removal device is reduced.
