An installing method for a bridge pier flow guiding device comprises the following construction steps that (1) one bridge pier is provided with a bottom layer flow guiding cover and a plurality of standard flow guiding covers through machining; (2) the bottom layer flow guiding cover is installed outside the bridge pier in a sleeving mode; (3) one standard flow guiding cover is installed outside the bridge pier in a sleeving mode, then, the upper side of the bottom layer flow guiding cover is connected with the lower side of the corresponding standard flow guiding cover, the second standard flow guiding cover is installed outside the bridge pier in a sleeving mode, the two standard flow guiding covers are connected, in this way, the bottom layer flow guiding cover and the multiple standardflow guiding covers are fixedly connected into a whole, after the bottom surface of the bottom layer flow guiding cover makes contact with the slope of a channel, the standard flow guiding covers arestopped being assembled, and the upper side of the standard flow guiding cover on the uppermost layer is higher than the water surface; and (4) finally, all layers of the standard flow guiding coversare firmly fixed to the bridge pier from bottom to top one by one through operation rod pieces. According to the installing method, the flow guiding covers are installed in a layered mode, operationis safe, water resistance is reduced, and the head loss is decreased.
一种桥墩导流装置的安装方法,包括以下施工步骤:(1)、针对一根桥墩加工一个底层导流罩和若干个标准导流罩;(2)、将底层导流罩套装在桥墩的外部;(3)、将一个标准导流罩套装在桥墩的外部,再将底层导流罩的上侧和该标准导流罩的下侧连接,然后再将第二个标准导流罩套装在桥墩的外部,将这两个标准导流罩连接,按照这种方式将一个底层导流罩和若干个标准导流罩固定连接为一体,直到底层导流罩的底面与渠道边坡接触后停止组装标准导流罩,且最上层的一个标准导流罩的上侧高于水面;(4)、最后使用操作杆件从下至上分层将每层的标准导流罩抱紧固定在桥墩上。本发明分层安装导流罩,操作安全,减少水阻,减少水头损失。
