The invention relates to a construction method of an underground diaphragm wall in a low-clearance environment. The construction method comprises the following steps that a grooving machine is used for forming grooves under a viaduct, the grooves comprise a main groove and an over-excavation groove positioned in one side of the main groove, and a plurality of reinforcement cage positions are distributed in the main groove in the transverse direction; a crawler crane is used for lowering reinforcement cages to the over-excavation groove, and the grooving machine is used for hoisting the reinforcement cages into the corresponding reinforcement cage positions; and the over-excavation groove is filled with filler, meanwhile, concrete is poured into the main groove, and the filler is higher than the liquid level of the concrete in the process. In-groove translation hoisting construction of the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cages under the viaduct is adopted, and the limitation that in the prior art, segmental hoisting is adopted, and the reinforcement cages are connected at groove openings is broken through. The construction efficiency can be improved, and the perpendicularity of profile steel on the two sides of the reinforcement cages in the grooves can be guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种低净空环境下地下连续墙施工方法,包括以下步骤:利用成槽机在高架桥下形成槽,所述槽包括主槽以及位于所述主槽一侧的超挖槽,且所述主槽内沿横向分布有若干个钢筋笼位置;利用履带吊将各钢筋笼下方至挖槽,并利用成槽机将各所述钢筋笼吊入相应的所述钢筋笼位置;向超挖槽填充填充物,同时向所述主槽内浇筑混凝土,且该过程中所述填充物高于所述混凝土的液面。采用高架桥下地连墙钢筋笼槽内平移吊装施工,打破了以往分节吊装,钢筋笼在槽口进行连接的局限性。不仅能提高施工效率,还能保证槽内钢筋笼两侧型钢的垂直度。
