本发明提供一种流塑状淤泥层钻孔护壁方法、钻孔灌注方法和灌注结构，属于建筑施工领域，流塑状淤泥层钻孔护壁方法包括以下步骤：确定流塑状淤泥层的位置和深度；钻孔；向孔内沉入护筒，并使护筒穿过流塑状淤泥层。本发明采用护筒穿过流塑状淤泥层的方法进行护壁，工序简单，能够提高施工效果，进而缩短工期，降低成本；采用护筒护壁后，灌注混凝土方量符合设计要求，成孔后未出现钢筋笼下放困难导致废孔、周围建筑物未出现突然隆起等异常现象，并通过现场桩基PDA检测，检测结果显示桩身形状呈圆柱形，桩身规则，桩身完整性优良，桩基承载力符合设计使用要求。
