The invention relates to an underground diaphragm wall leaking stoppage device and method. The underground diaphragm wall leaking stoppage device comprises a gauze element, a steel bar structure, cement and a guide pipe; the gauze element is laid at a gap of an underground diaphragm wall; the steel bar structure is mounted on the underground continuous wall and covers the gauze element; the cementcovers the steel bar structure; and one end of the guide pipe is inserted into the cement and extends into the steel bar structure. According to the underground diaphragm wall leaking stoppage deviceand method, direct plugging by using small pipes and the cement is higher in speed and efficiency than large-area steel plate welding; the problems that uneven settlement of two diaphragm walls constructed in sequence exists, deformation cannot be carried out through steel plate welding in the settlement process, and leaking stoppage is difficult; and cement and rib welding not only can meet theimpact force of water flow, but also can meet the deformation problem.
