The foundation pit is filled with water, the internal and external pressure difference of a cofferdam structure is balanced through water, the cofferdam structure is prevented from collapsing in the dismantling process, and safety is improved; and the foundation pit does not need to be filled with earthwork, the geotechnical operation amount can be reduced, accordingly, the total construction amount in the dismantling process can be reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction time can be shortened.
