Modular gravity retaining wall
The invention relates to a modular gravity retaining wall, and belongs to the field of geotechnical engineering. The retaining wall comprises a retaining wall foundation and a multi-layer wall body. The retaining wall foundation is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete component. A positioning groove is formed in the upper surface of the retaining wall foundation. Vertical reserved steel bars are arranged in the positioning groove. The multi-layer wall body comprises a bottommost-layer wall body, a secondary-bottom-layer wall body, a secondary-high-layer wall body and a highest-layer wall body which are arranged in a staggered manner, and the height of the retaining wall can be controlled by adjusting the wall body layer number. Two parallel cuboid flanges are arranged on the upper side faceof a first bottommost-layer retaining wall module, the right side face is provided with a vertical cuboid flange, the side face of the first bottommost-layer retaining wall module is provided with four grouting holes, and four reserved steel bar hole ways are arranged at the four corners of the bottom face of the first bottommost-layer retaining wall module and correspond to the four grouting holes. The modular gravity retaining wall is a prefabricated component, construction is convenient, the construction speed is high, transportation is convenient, the height of the retaining wall can be adjusted according to the engineering actual situation, the connection manner between various components is reliable, and stress is reasonable.
本发明涉及一种模块化重力式挡土墙,属于岩土工程领域,挡土墙包括挡土墙基础和多层墙体,挡土墙基础为现浇钢筋混凝土构件,挡土墙基础上表面设置有定位凹槽,定位凹槽内设置有竖向预留钢筋,多层墙体包括交错设置的最底层墙体、次底层墙体、次高层墙体、最高层墙体,可以通过调整墙体层数来控制挡墙高度,最底层挡墙模块1号上侧面设有两个相互平行的长方体凸缘、右侧面设有一个竖向的长方体凸缘、最底层挡墙模块1号侧面上设有四个灌浆孔,其底面四角处设有四个预留钢筋孔道,四个预留钢筋孔道对应四个灌浆孔,本发明为预制构件,施工方便、施工速度快、运输方便,不仅可以根据工程实际调整挡墙高度,而且各构件之间连接方式可靠,受力合理。
