The shower valve comprises a valve body and a valve core, and the valve body is contained in a holding cavity; the valve core is assembled in the valve body, and faces or extends out of an assembly hole, and the shower switch buttons are assembled in the assembly hole, and can be selectively moved to a first position for opening the valve core, or moved to a second position for closing the valve core; the lighting part is arranged around the axis of the assembly hole; and the control module is connected with the position detector and the lighting part electrically, and used for controlling the lighting partto turn on or off according to the position information detected by the position detector. According to the backlight display shower disassembly, through obtainment of the position information of theshower switch buttons, the lighting part is controlled to turn on or off, and can be used for providing lighting in dim lighting or other environments, thereby facilitating users to identify the corresponding shower switch button. In addition, the invention further provides a shower device and a backlight display control method.
