The invention discloses a toilet bowl sterilization and deodorization main machine box which comprises a shell, a fan, an ozone generator and a three-way connecting pipe. The fan is installed in an inner cavity of the shell, an air inlet opposite to an air inlet end of the fan is formed in the side wall of the shell, an air outlet opposite to an air outlet end of the fan is formed in the side wallof the shell, the air outlet is communicated below the liquid level in a water tank, a first connector of the three-way connecting pipe is communicated with the air inlet, a second connector of the three-way connecting pipe is communicated with an overflow pipe of the water tank, a third connector of the three-way connecting pipe is located below the liquid level in the water tank, the ozone generator comprises an ozone generation sheet, the ozone generation sheet is located in the three-way connecting pipe and used for mixing generated ozone with odor entering from the overflow pipe for sterilization and deodorization, and residual ozone is discharged into the water tank to sterilize water after passing through the inner cavity of the shell. The overall size is reduced, the occupied space is reduced, meanwhile, the production and manufacturing cost is reduced, and the market competitiveness is improved.
