The inside of the installation cylinder is provided with a hollow sliding seat in a sliding manner,the upper side of the hollow sliding seat is connected with a threaded rod through a rotating body, a threaded sleeve which is connected with the threaded rod is further supported and fixed on the upper portion of the inner side of the installation cylinder through a supporting rod, the lower side of the hollow sliding seat is fixedly provided with a water conveying pipe, the lower end of the water conveying pipe is provided with a water spray head, and the upper side of the hollow sliding seat is further provided with a high-pressure water pipe communicating with the water conveying pipe.
