The assembly type building mechanism comprises a base, wherein a buffer slot is formed in the top of the base; a connecting end opening is formed in the side surface of the base; the top of the base is fixedly connected to an anti-seismic spring; the top of the spring is fixedly connected to a wall bearing base; the end part of the wall bearing base is provided with a connecting end opening; a plurality of ring-shaped slots are formed in the side wall of the wall bearing base and the inner wall of the base; the inner walls of the ring-shaped slots are fixedly connected to connecting rods; and a shock absorber is rotatably connected among the connecting rods. The assembly part is convenient in mounting, is simple in lap joint, and is convenient for operation of a worker; and destructive power of earthquake is eliminated through a transverse anti-seismic spring and the longitudinal shock absorber, so that life and property of people are protected.
