The invention discloses a connecting structure of a square steel column and a steel beam. The connecting structure of the square steel column and the steel beam comprises the square steel column; a horizontal first top plate is welded and fixed to the top surface of the square steel column; a supporting frame formed by a crossed vertical plate is arranged on the first top plate; a second stop plate parallel to the first stop plate and having same shape and size with the first stop plate is arranged above the crossed vertical plate; the first stop plate, the crossed vertical plate and the second top plate are in welding connection with each other; a connecting end, connected with the steel beam, on the crossed vertical plate extends out of the first top plate and the second top plate; boltholes connected with the steel beam are formed in the end part of extending section extending out of the first top plate and the second top plate; and opposed concrete pouring openings are formed in the first top plate and the second top plate. According to the connecting structure of the square steel column and the steel beam, the requirement that the bearing force of a steel structure work can be satisfied under a condition of not increasing the thickness of the side wall of the square steel column or reinforcing the side wall of the square steel column; and moreover, factory standardized and scale production can be realized; the mounting is simple and fast; and the labor cost is low.
本发明提出了一种方钢柱与钢梁的连接构造,包括方钢柱,在所述方钢柱顶面上焊接固定有水平的第一顶板,在第一顶板上设置有交叉立板构成的支撑架,交叉立板的上方是与第一顶板平行且形状大小相同的第二顶板,所述第一顶板、交叉立板和第二顶板焊接连接;所述交叉立板上用于与钢梁连接的连接端伸出于所述第一顶板、第二顶板,伸出于第一顶板、第二顶板的伸出段的端部设置有连接钢梁用的螺栓孔;所述第一顶板和第二顶板上设有相对置的混凝土浇注口。本发明能够在不增加方钢柱侧壁厚度或加强方钢柱侧壁的条件下满足钢结构工程的承载力的要求,并且可实现工厂标准化、规模化生产,安装简单快捷,人工成本低。
