The invention discloses a fabricated building anti-seismic device which comprises a ground transverse beam, a first foundation pile and a second foundation pile; fixed mechanisms are fixedly mounted at the two ends of the ground transverse beam; the first foundation pile is fixedly connected with the middle of the bottom end of the ground transverse beam; a fixed block is fixedly mounted at the end, far away from the ground transverse beam, of the first foundation pile through a steel base plate; the second foundation pile is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the fixed block through a steelbase plate; and damping mechanisms are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the bottom end of the ground transverse beam and between the two ends of the fixed block. The fabricated building anti-seismic device is simple in structure; through cooperative application of the fixed mechanisms, a first fixed plate, a second fixed plate, an expansion bolt and a fixed bolt, the structure of the ground transverse beam is enabled to be stable, so that the structural stability of the foundation is improved, the vibration amplitude is lowered, and the damping effect is improved; and when vibration is generated, a fixing device can effectively reduce power generated by transverse amplitude to disperse transverse earthquake force.
