The invention discloses a multifunctional fabricated building roof frame for a house. The roof frame comprises two supporting seats; two lateral supporting rods; a transverse connecting plate which isarranged between two lateral supporting rods, wherein fixed connecting blocks are arranged at two sides of the transverse connecting plate; and two first auxiliary ridge beams which are arranged above the transverse connecting plate, wherein a supporting plate is arranged between the two first auxiliary ridge beams, a main ridge beam is arranged above the supporting plate, and an elastic buffer seat is arranged between the main ridge beam and the supporting plate. According to the roof frame disclosed by the invention, buffering is achieved when external acting force is exerted on the roof frame, so that the acting amplitude of the acting force on the roof frame is reduced, looseness at the connecting position can be avoided, the structural strength of the roof frame is greatly improved,the service life of the roof frame is prolonged, and potential safety hazards in the using process are reduced.
