The invention provides a steel bar positioning device for a concrete beam and a steel bar construction method of the concrete beam. The steel bar positioning device comprises two vertical supporting parts, a bearing beam, a plurality of clamping parts and a plurality of abutting parts, wherein the two vertical supporting parts are arranged oppositely; the bearing beam comprises an upper beam partconnected between the upper parts of the two vertical supporting parts and a lower beam body connected between the lower parts of the two vertical supporting parts, a plurality of positioning groovesare correspondingly formed in the upper beam body and the lower beam body, and main steel bars of the concrete beam are embedded in the positioning grooves; the clamping parts for clamping stirrups ofthe concrete beam are arranged, the clamping parts are installed on the inner sides of the two vertical supporting parts oppositely; and the abutting parts abut against the inner side of a formwork of the concrete beam and are separately installed on the outer side and the bottom of the vertical supporting parts. The problems of insufficient thickness of protective layers at the bottom and the side of the beam and exposed reinforcing bars due to the improper installation of a cushion block when the concrete beam is poured by a traditional beam construction technology are solved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土梁的钢筋定位装置及其钢筋施工方法,该装置包括:相对设置的二竖向支承件;承载梁,包括连接于二所述竖向支承件的上部之间的上梁体和连接于二所述竖向支承件的下部之间的下梁体,所述上梁体和所述下梁体分别开设有供混凝土梁的主筋嵌设的多个定位槽;用于夹持所述混凝土梁的箍筋的多个夹持件,多个所述夹持件位置相对地安装于二所述竖向支承件的内侧;以及用于支抵于所述混凝土梁的模板的内侧的多个支抵件,分别安装于所述竖向支承件的外侧和底部。本发明解决了在浇筑混凝土梁时,采用传统的梁施工工艺,由于垫块安装不到位,使得梁底和梁侧的保护层的厚度不足,进而存在露筋现象的问题。
