The invention relates to a ceramic tile hanging part and a mounting structure. Clamping grooves are formed in four corners of a ceramic tile, and the four side faces are mounting faces. Locating plates are matched with the clamping grooves and can be embedded into the clamping grooves. The mounting faces of the ceramic tiles abut against the two side faces of a web. A needed ceramic tile hanging part body I is fixed, then the clamping grooves in the ceramic tile are embedded into the positioning plates on the body I, and it is guaranteed that the mounting faces of the tile are in contact withthe two side faces of the web I; and when the ceramic tile forms a T shape, a body II is adopted, the clamping grooves in the ceramic tile are embedded into the positioning plates on the body II, themounting faces of the ceramic tile abut against the side faces of the web, and the mounting faces of the other ceramic tile are in contact with the side faces of the web. The ceramic tile hanging partand the mounting structure have the advantages that during use, only the clamping grooves matched with the positioning plates need to be cut out in the four corners of the ceramic tile, the process is simple, and the cutting amount is reduced; and the mounting structure is simple, the mounting cost of the ceramic tile is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及一种瓷砖挂件以及安装结构,瓷砖四个角设有卡槽,四个侧面为安装面;定位板与卡槽相适配,并可嵌入卡槽内;瓷砖的安装面抵接于腹板的两侧面;固定好所需的瓷砖挂件本体Ⅰ,然后将瓷砖上的卡槽嵌入本体Ⅰ上的定位板内,并保证砖的安装面与腹板Ⅰ的两侧面接触;在碰到瓷砖形成T字形时,就采用本体Ⅱ,瓷砖上的卡槽嵌入本体Ⅱ上的定位板内,它的安装面与腹板侧相抵触,另一块的瓷砖的安装面与腹板侧面接触;本发明有益效果是:使用本发明时,只需在瓷砖的四个角切割出与定位板相适配的卡槽即可,工艺简单,减少了切割量,此安装结构简单、降低了瓷砖的安装成本,以及缩短了工期。
