Self-leveling maintenance platform and leveling method
The invention provides a self-leveling maintenance platform and a leveling method. The self-leveling maintenance platform comprises a leveling hydraulic cylinder, an electromagnetic valve, a level sensor and a working platform, wherein the level sensor is connected with the working platform in parallel; support legs are connected to two sides of the working platform; the leveling hydraulic cylinder is connected to the support leg on at least one side; and the electromagnetic valve is in signal connection with the level sensor, and is in control connection with the leveling hydraulic cylinder.The level sensor is used for detecting if the working platform is positioned in a level state; and when the working platform is positioned in a non-level state, a detecting signal is transmitted to the electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve controls the leveling hydraulic cylinder to perform a leveling action until the working platform reaches the level state. The self-leveling maintenance platform realizes a function of automatic self-leveling of the working platform.
本发明提供了一种自调水平检修平台及调平方法,其中自调水平检修平台包括:调平液压缸,电磁阀,水平传感器和作业平台;所述水平传感器与所述作业平台平行连接,所述作业平台的两侧均连接有支脚,其中至少一侧的所述支脚上连接有所述调平液压缸;所述电磁阀与所述水平传感器信号连接,且与所述调平液压缸控制连接。本发明利用水平传感器检测作业平台是否处于水平状态,当作业平台处于非水平状态时,将检测信号传送给电磁阀,由电磁阀控制调平液压缸进行调平动作,直至作业平台达到水平状态为止。本发明实现了作业平台自动自调水平的功能。
