The device comprises a connecting rod and a support mounted on the connecting rod, the connecting rod penetrates through a hollow slabmandrel, an upper fastening part and a bottom supporting part are arranged on the connecting rod in a penetrating manner, the upper fastening part is mounted above the hollow slab mandrel and used forfixing the hollow slab mandrel to prevent the hollow slab mandrel from floating upwards, the bottom supporting part is mounted below the hollow slab mandrel and is used for being matched with the upper fastening part to fix the hollow slab mandrel so as to prevent the hollow slab mandrel from floating upwards, the support comprises a top support and a bottom support, the top support is mounted onthe top end of the connecting rod, the bottom support is mounted on the bottom end of the connecting rod, through clamping and fixing of the upper fastening part and the bottom supporting part, the hollow slab mandrel is prevented from floating upwards or moving left and right in the concrete pouring process, and the phenomenon that due to moving of the hollow slab mandrel, the quality of a hollow slab is poor can be avoided.
