本发明涉及一种钢结构厂房桁架组装加工系统,包括底座、传送装置与安放装置,底座上表面安装有传送装置,传送装置上安装有安放装置。本发明可以解决目前对于钢结构厂房桁架的组装,存在以下问题:a.对于建设一个厂房,所需的钢结构桁架的量会特别的多,而采用人工组装桁架,会导致桁架组装效率低、组装质量差以及工人劳动强度大问题的出现,使得工期拖延;b.桁架上在安装斜撑时,主要采用三角形式的安装方式,因此对于斜撑的放置需要不断交替重复的安装,但现有的桁架组装机械,对于桁架的移动和斜撑的安装不能交替间歇式运行同样导致桁架的组装效率低问题的出现。
