The system comprises a middle cover, fixed side covers, movable wheels and a track, wherein each movable side cover comprises a third upper plate and third wall plates on the front side and the rear side; the third wall plates are triangles with large tops and small bottoms; the small ends face downwards; the bottoms of the third wall plates are hinged to the bottoms of second wall plates; the movable wheels are arranged below the middle cover and/ or the fixed side covers; the track can allow the movable wheels to slide and is laid on the ground; a plurality of layers of movable side covers are hinged in the fixed side cover on each side; the specification of the movable side cover on the outer layer islarger than that of the movable side cover on the inner layer; the movable side cover on each side can rotate leftwards and rightwards by a preset angle from outside to inside to expand a first spaceto a second space; the track is laid perpendicular to a building outer wall; and one end of the track extends to the lower side of the building outer wall.
