Locking type mechanical coded lock
The invention discloses a locking type mechanical coded lock, and relates to the field of rotatory knob code matching type mechanical coded locks. Code matching operation is completed by directly rotating five rotatory knob plates, and a handle drives a cam mechanism to rotate to realize unlocking and locking; during code matching, after linkage shafts movably connected with rotary knob shafts penetrate through a lock body, an overload protection device and a code changing device are driven to rotate firstly, then the linkage shafts coaxially return into the lock body and sequentially drive driving gears, center gears and follow-up gears to rotate synchronously, and finally drive five rotating plates with notches to rotate to correct positions; during unlocking, a cam firstly pushes a locking plate to be inserted into tooth grooves of the center gears, the rotatory knob plates cannot rotate any more, then the inserting plate is pushed to be inserted into the notches of the rotating plates, the cam continues to rotate for unlocking, and the purpose that the lock cannot be unlocked by skills is achieved; and when the handle or the rotary knob plates are strongly rotated, the handle and the rotary knob plates can idle. The code changing operation and the code confusing operation are simple and easy to implement, and the locking type mechanical coded lock is particularly suitable for important occasions with low use frequency.
一种锁止式机械密码锁,涉及转盘对号式机械密码锁领域,通过直接旋转5个旋钮盘完成对号操作;通过执手带动凸轮机构旋转实现开锁、上锁;对号时,与各旋钮轴活动连接的联动轴穿过锁体后,先带动过载保护装置和变码装置转动,再沿同轴返回锁体内,并依次带动驱动齿轮、中心齿轮和随动齿轮同步转动,最终带动5个设有豁口的转盘转动至正确位置。开锁时,凸轮先推动锁止板插入中心齿轮的齿槽中,各旋钮盘不能再转动,之后再推动插板插入各转盘的豁口中,凸轮继续转动而开锁,并实现无法技术开启锁具。当强力扭转执手或旋钮盘时,二者均能空转;密码变更操作、乱码操作均简单易行,尤其适合使用频次较低的重要场合使用。
