The invention relates to a novel electric lock bolt which is reasonable in structure and lower in cost. The novel electric lock bolt comprises a shell, a motor and a bolt head, and is characterized inthat a bolt head sliding groove is formed in the shell, the bolt head is arranged in the bolt head sliding groove in a sliding mode, a limiting sliding groove perpendicular to a shifting sliding groove is formed in the shell, a limiting piece is arranged in the limiting sliding groove in a sliding mode, and a reset spring for driving the limiting piece to reset is arranged at the rear end of thelimiting piece; and the motor is in transmission connection with the limiting piece, a shifting piece in transmission connection with the motor is rotatably arranged in the shell, and the shifting piece is in transmission connection with the bolt head through a transmission torsion spring. According to the novel electric lock bolt, the bolt head is driven by the motor to act, so that a lock cylinder and a lock tongue are achieved, and meanwhile the emergency unlocking function is achieved.
