The invention discloses a hand-cleaning advertising machine. The advertising machine comprises an advertising machine body. A signal receiver, a display screen, a UV lamp box, a groove and a placementframe are sequentially arranged on one longitudinal side of the advertising machine body from top to bottom. A control module is arranged in the advertising machine body. A water outlet is formed inthe top of the groove, and an infrared induction device is arranged on the longitudinal side wall of the groove. A loudspeaker is arranged on one transverse side of the advertising machine body, and aUSB data access port is formed in the other side of the advertising machine body. A water receiving basin is arranged in the placement frame. The signal receiver, the display screen, the UV lamp box,the water outlet, the infrared induction device and the loudspeaker are all electrically connected with the control module. The hand-cleaning advertising machine has the beneficial effects that the design is reasonable, the structure is simple and stable, and the practicability is high; and convenience is provided for people going out to clean themselves, meanwhile, people using the advertising board or pedestrians passing by can be attracted to pay attention to advertisements published by the display screen and the UV lamp box, and therefore the propaganda effect is improved.
