The invention discloses a construction method of water leakage preventing precast slab connection. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, blending expansion impervious concrete drystuff, and blending additive dilute solution needed by the expansion impervious concrete dry stuff; 2, manufacturing a precast slab, transporting the precast slab to an site in advance, and mounting the precast slab to a demanded position; 3, adding a meshy steel brush in a mounting structure, watering the mounting structure, and painting the additive dilute solution on the precast slab; 4, addingthe expansion impervious concrete dry stuff while adding the additive dilute solution, enabling the meshy steel brush to move back and forth to fully mix the expansion impervious concrete dry stuff and the additive dilute solution, and adopting a vibrating rod to vibrate concrete bubbles out; and 5, pulling out the meshy steel brush, watering the meshy steel brush regularly for maintenance, and obtaining a water leakage preventing precast slab surface. The construction method is scientific and reasonable in design, easy in construction, convenient in positioning and mounting, avoids the waterseepage or water leakage problem, greatly lowers the cost and is excellent in performance.
