The invention provides a bridging device facilitating unfolding of a water skiing board, and belongs to the technical field of water skiing boards. The bridging device facilitating unfolding of the water skiing board comprises an amphibious vehicle assembly and a bridging assembly. The amphibious vehicle assembly comprises an amphibious vehicle and a first mounting plate; and the bridging assemblycomprises a base arm, a first oil cylinder, a second oil cylinder, a swing arm, a supporting leg oil cylinder, a fixed arm, a bridge frame and a third oil cylinder. The first oil cylinder drives theswing arm to deflect around the first mounting plate, and the base arm is driven to rise close to one end of the water skiing board through deflection, thereby expanding the unfolding space of the water skiing board, facilitating unfolding of the water skiing board, and effectively solving problems that after a bridging structure is additionally arranged at the upper end of the amphibious vehicle,the water skiing board is inconvenient to unfold; in the land driving process, the base arm close to one end of the water skiing board rises, so that the sight of a driver can be improved, and the driver can conveniently observe the road surface condition; and when the driver encounters a height-limited road surface, the base arm falls, so that the device is lowered and can pass the the height-limited road surface conveniently.
