Hydrophobic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a hydrophobic material and a preparation method thereof. The hydrophobic material is obtained by carrying out hydrophobic modification on bottom mud through ethanol and a modifier. Due to large river sediment desilting amount, high landfill or incineration cost, high content of inorganic matters (sand grains and the like) in the river sediment and other practical reasons,inorganic matters in the river sediment are used as the raw materials for preparing the hydrophobic material, so that resource utilization of the river sediment can be realized, the sediment treatmentcost can also be reduced, and the risk of secondary pollution can be further avoided; the hydrophobic property of the hydrophobic material prepared by taking the river sediment as the raw material isnot weaker than that of modified sand of a manufacturer, the cost for preparing the hydrophobic material is reduced, and popularization and application of the hydrophobic material are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种疏水材料及其制备方法,该疏水材料由底泥经过乙醇与改性剂的疏水改性得到。基于河道底泥清淤量大,填埋或焚烧成本高以及河道底泥中无机物(砂粒等)含量高等现实原因,以河道底泥中无机物作为制备疏水材料的原材料不仅能够实现河道底泥的资源利用,更能降低底泥的处理处置成本,进一步规避二次污染现象发生的风险;以河道底泥为原材料所制备的疏水材料的疏水性能完全不弱于厂家的改性沙子,并且降低了制备疏水材料的成本,有利于疏水材料的推广应用。
