The invention provides a roadbed construction process, which comprises the following steps: 1, a lower bearing layer is treated; 2, plain soil paving and leveling are conducted on the upper surface ofthe lower bearing layer; 3, a regular square grid with a standard area is drawn on the lower bearing layer in the step 2, and cement is manually and evenly spread in each square grid according to thecement mixing amount per square meter, wherein the cement mixing amount should be larger than the theoretical design amount of the process by 0.5%-1%; 4, a road mixer is used for mixing plain soil and cement; and step 5, leveling and rolling are conducted on the plain soil cement mixture. According to the method, plain soil is paved firstly, then, cement is spread on the plain soil, the mixing amount of the cement is controlled to be 0.5%-1% larger than the theoretical design amount of the process, then, the road mixer is used for mixing, finally, rolling is carried out, the cement improved soil is selected as an improved raw material to fill a roadbed, and the compactness, deflection modulus, strength and the like have good effects.
本发明提供了一种路基施工工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、处理下承层;步骤二、在下承层上表面进行素土摊铺并整平;步骤三、在步骤二的下承层上画出整齐的标准面积方格网,按每平方米的水泥掺量在每个方格网内用人工将水泥撒布均匀,水泥掺入量应大于工艺理论设计量的0.5%~1%;步骤四、用路拌机进行素土与水泥的拌和;步骤五、整平并碾压素土水泥混合料。本发明先摊铺素土,然后在素土上撒布水泥,控制水泥的掺入量大于工艺理论设计量的0.5%~1%,再用路拌机拌和最后碾压,选用水泥改良土作为改良原料填筑路基,压实度、弯沉模量以及强度等都有良好的效果。
