The invention discloses a production method of a high-strength wear-resistant regenerated SMA asphalt mixture. The production method comprises the following steps: preparation of raw materials, regeneration treatment of old asphalt, preparation of regenerated crushed aggregates, preparation of asphalt mastic, preparing a regenerated SMA asphalt mixture and canning of a finished product. Accordingto the invention, the recycled old asphalt and the recycled aggregates are used as raw materials to prepare the recycled SMA asphalt mixture, so that production cost is reduced; the recycled aggregates are crushed into coarse aggregates and fine aggregates, so that all the raw materials in the SMA asphalt mixture are connected more tightly; meanwhile, the friction coefficient of the SMA asphalt mixture is increased to a certain extent through the roughness and the edges and corners of the surface; rubber powder and an anti-stripping agent are added in the production process, so that the produced SMA asphalt mixture has very good toughness and a good vibration reduction effect; and the carbon black is added in the production process to inhibit reduction of hardness during heating after theSMA asphalt mixture is paved into a pavement, and fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the SMA asphalt mixture are also improved.
