Construction method for treating loess sinkhole in tunnel site area by using cement stabilized soil
The invention provides a construction method for treating a loess sinkhole in a tunnel site area by using cement stabilized soil. The loess sinkhole with the relatively large depth is an aven. Beforea tunnel enters the aven, the construction method comprises the following steps of: step (1). for the sinkhole with the diameter less than 70cm, firstly plugging a draining head, and then treating bya method of pouring the fluid cement stabilized soil; step (2). compacting and backfilling a 3% cement stabilized soil semi-rigid material in the sinkhole with the diameter greater than 70cm; and step(3). for the sinkhole, the lower half of which has the diameter of less than 70cm and the upper half of which has the diameter of greater than 70cm, firstly plugging the draining head, then pouring the fluid cement stabilized soil into the lower half with the diameter less than 70cm, and finally compacting and backfilling the 3% cement stabilized soil semi-rigid material in the upper half with the diameter greater than 70cm. In accordance with the principle of "active treatment", the cement stabilized soil is used for treating the "loess sinkhole (aven)" before entering the aven, so that theconstruction quality and safe operation of the tunnel project are ensured.
本发明提供了一种采用水泥稳定土处治隧址区黄土陷穴的施工方法,深度较大的黄土陷穴为落水洞,隧道在进洞之前,(1)对于口径小于70cm的陷穴,先封堵排泄露头,然后灌注流体状水泥稳定土的方法给予处治;(2)对于口径大于70cm的陷穴,采用3%的水泥稳定土半刚性材料压实回填;(3)对于下半部分口径小于70cm、上半部分口径大于70cm的陷穴,先封堵排泄露头,然后对口径小于70cm的下半部分灌注流体状水泥稳定土,接下来对口径大于70cm的上半部分采用3%的水泥稳定土半刚性材料压实回填。本发明按照“主动处治”的原则,进洞前采用水泥稳定土对“黄土陷穴(落水洞)”进行处治,确保了隧道工程施工质量及安全运营。
