According to the technical scheme, the uplift anchor rodis characterized by comprising an anchor rod body and a variable-diameter reinforcement cage arranged at the bottom end of the anchor rod body; a fixing block is arranged on one side of the lower endof the anchor rod body; a sliding groove is formed in one side, deviated from the anchor rod body, of the fixing block in the horizontal direction; two sliding blocks are glidingly arranged in the sliding groove; two arc-shaped clamping plates opposite in openings are fixedly arranged on the two sliding blocks; a space for clamping a grouting pipe is formed between the two arc-shaped clamping plates; a driving device for driving the two arc-shaped clamping plates to get close to each other or get away from each other is arranged on the fixing block; and the driving device extends to the top end of the anchor rod body. The anchor rod and the use method have the technical effects as follows: a construction person can pull the grouting pipe out of a drilled hole easily and conveniently, andthe great convenience is brought to the construction process.
