The invention discloses a quick supporting construction process for a strong unloading cracked rock high slope. The whole construction step of excavation and supporting is divided into three steps: excavating and grouting, slope surface reinforcing and slope surface shaping. The process comprises the following steps of first, carrying out excavating and grouting to excavate the slope to a step-by-step step slope surface; continuously excavating a second step after excavating and grouting of the first step slope surface and starting the slope surface reinforcing step of the first step; and completing the slope surface reinforcing step of the first step to reinforce the slope surface of the second step and shape the slope surface of the first step, wherein a three-step type assembly line operation is carried out between adjacent steps of the three steps by keeping one step downward till all steps are constructed. The process has the advantages of being short in construction time, shortening the joining times of the steps effectively, reducing a pore-forming problem, ensuring full grouting of an anchoring segment and not interfering synchronous construction assembly operations of thethree steps.
