The invention discloses a novel offshore wind power all-steel cylinder foundation structure. The novel offshore wind power all-steel cylinder foundation structure comprises a main cylinder body and acylinder body structure which are fixedly connected. The cylinder body structure comprises an outer cylinder wall, a cabin dividing plate, an inner cabin plate and a cylinder body top plate which arefixedly connected. The upper surface of the cylinder body top plate is connected with supporting rods fixedly connected with the main cylinder body, and the distance between the bottom of each supporting rod and the outer cylinder wall is not smaller than 2 m. The lower surface of the cylinder body top plate is connected with a rib plate structure fixedly connected with the outer cylinder wall, the cabin dividing plate, the inner cabin plate and the cylinder body top plate, and the rib plate structure comprises a rib plate main beam and a rib plate secondary beam which are fixedly connected. According to the novel offshore wind power all-steel cylinder foundation structure, the bottom face of the cylinder body top plate is flush with the seabed face, the rib plate structure is arranged below the cylinder body top plate, the bottoms of the supporting rods are far away from the outer cylinder wall, and the arrangement can effectively reduce the local scouring degree.
