The invention discloses a steam pipeline drained water on-site discharge device. The device comprises a plurality of cooling layers arranged in a foundation pit and used for cooling, wherein the plurality of cooling layers are arranged from outside to inside along the inner wall of the foundation pit, the cooling layers are in closed-loop design and are arranged in a mutually nested mode, and oneends of the plurality of cooling layers protrude out of the foundation pit and are covered with a cover plate used for preventing steaming; the device further comprises a water seal cylinder which isconnected to the cooling layer on the innermost layer in inserted mode, and an opening is formed in the top of the water seal cylinder; the water seal cylinder is divided into a liquid storage area for storing cooling liquid and a liquid discharge area from bottom to top, and a plurality of first liquid discharge holes are formed in the positions, in the liquid discharge area, of the water seal cylinder; and a water seal device communicating with the water seal cylinder is connected to the water seal cylinder in an inserted mode, and the end, far away from the water seal cylinder, of the waterseal device passes through the opening and penetrates through the cover plate to extend out of the water seal cylinder. The steam pipeline drained water on-site discharge device is easy to manufacture, convenient to construct and low in manufacturing cost; and the device is high in universality and is suitable for discharge of various kinds of drained water which is drained on site and blow-downpipes.
本发明公开了一种蒸汽管道疏放水就地排放装置,其包括安设于基坑内用于冷却的多个冷却层;多个冷却层沿基坑的内壁由外自内布置;每个冷却层呈闭环设计且互相套叠设置;多个冷却层的一端凸出于基坑且覆盖有用于防止冒气的盖板;还包括插接于最内层的冷却层的水封筒,且水封筒的顶部设有开口;水封筒由下至上划分有用于储存冷却液的储液区以及排液区;水封筒上于排液区设有若干个第一排液孔;水封筒内插接有与水封筒连通的水封装置;水封装置远离水封筒的一端经开口并穿过盖板延伸至水封筒外。本发明的制造简单、施工方便,造价成本低;且通用性强,适用各类就地排放的疏放水、放空管的排放。
