The invention discloses a water drainage structure for a building body. The water drainage structure comprises a buried part, a mounting chamber with a top opening is arranged in the buried part, a water drainage pipe is arranged in the mounting chamber, and the water drainage pipe penetrates through the buried part to be arranged in the building body; a baffle is arranged at the top of the waterdrainage pipe, more than one water inlet groove is formed in the portion, located at the bottom of the baffle, of the water drainage pipe by circularly surrounding the water drainage pipe; a filter rod is elastically hinged to the bottom of each water inlet groove, and the portion, located in each water inlet groove, of the water drainage pipe is slidably sleeved with a floating ring; and an elastic supporting air bag is arranged at the bottom of each floating ring, and each elastic supporting air bag can jack up the corresponding floating ring to enable the corresponding filter rod to be bucked in the corresponding water inlet groove and seal the water inlet groove. According to the water drainage structure, a reverse inclined structure is utilized so that solid impurities can be away from a water inlet during water drainage, blocking of the water inlet can be effectively prevented, the solid impurities can be automatically separated, convenience and cleanness can be achieved, and thepurpose of achieving automatic closing can be achieved when the structure is not used.
