The invention provides a concrete containing block process for a wall bushing. The concrete containing block process includes the following steps that according to the wall thickness at an installation position of the bushing and the model and specification of the bushing in a design drawing, a corresponding concrete containing block mold is made; when the concrete containing block is prepared, the bushing is embedded in the concrete containing block mold in advance, and then the concrete containing block is prefabricated; the concrete containing block mold is used to make the concrete containing block, and the prefabricated concrete containing block containing the wall bushing is taken out after the concrete strength is reached; and when the concrete containing block is made, the modulusof the size of the concrete containing block needs to be ensured to be consistent with the modulus of the size of wall bricks. The concrete containing block is adopted around the wall bushing, the hollowing and cracking of wall plastering caused by difficulty in filling or incomplete filling around the bushing are avoided, especially for the wall bushing installed on an outer wall, and the concrete containing block process can be used for avoiding the risk of water seepage around the wall bushing.
本发明提供一种用于穿墙套管的混凝土包块工艺，包括如下步骤：根据套管安装位置的墙体厚度，设计图纸中套管的型号规格，制作相应的混凝土包块模具；混凝土包块制备时，提前将套管埋设于混凝土包块模具中，其后再进行混凝土包块预制；利用混凝土包块模具制作成混凝土包块，混凝土达到强度后取出预制好的含有穿墙套管的混凝土包块；在混凝土包块制作时，应保证混凝土包块的尺寸规格与墙体砖块尺寸规格的模数一致。本发明穿墙套管周边采用了混凝土包块，避免了套管周边因不好填塞或填塞不密实所导致的墙面抹灰空鼓、开裂等现象，特别是安装在外墙上的穿墙套管，此发明可以避免穿墙套管周边的渗水风险。
