The invention discloses prefabricated type combined stairs and a construction method thereof. The stairs comprise groove body parts 1, stair parts, and stair boards; the stair parts can be placed in grooves of the groove body parts; the stair boards are arranged at two ends of the groove body parts; each of the stair parts comprise a stair unit composed by at least one stair; the groove body partscomprise the stair boards; a ladder beams are connected with platform boards; gaps are preserved between the stair boards and the ladder beams and are used for installing first shock resisting elements and second shock resisting elements; a first shock resisting element is arranged at least one set of adjacent stair units; and a sliding supporting seat is arranged at the contact face between at least one stair board and a ladder beam. The stairs adopt the combination of prefabricated groove body parts and stair parts, the fabrication is very convenient, the manufacturing cost is low, the stair parts and the groove body parts can be made of light materials, the weight of the entire stairs can be greatly lowered, and the shock resisting elements and buffer materials are further installed sothe shock resisting effect is greatly improved.
