Floor block, shingle and assembling method of floor blocks and shingles
The invention relates to a floor block, a shingle and an assembling method of floor blocks and shingles. The floor block and the shingle each comprises a corrugated substrate, a facing layer fixed tothe upper surface of the corrugated substrate and clamping buckles fixedly arranged at side edges of the corrugated substrate. Each corrugated substrate comprises an upper substrate body, a lower substrate body parallelly arranged below the upper substrate body and a corrugated core layer fixedly connected between the upper substrate body and the lower substrate body; clamping buckle embedding gaps are formed in the portions, located around the corresponding corrugated core layer, between each upper substrate body and the corresponding lower substrate body, and each clamping buckle comprises an upwards protruding positioning protrusion; and the clamping buckles are embedded into the clamping buckle embedding gaps and fixedly welded or bonded to the upper substrate body or/and the lower substrate body, and the side edges of each upper substrate body are connected to the corresponding positioning protrusions in an abutted manner in the horizontal direction. The clamping buckle structureswith accurate positions are additionally installed at the side edges of the floor blocks or the shingles skillfully, and therefore the floor blocks or the shingles of various materials can be tidilypaved and connected by means of full-dry construction.
