Multiple sampling stations are arranged in the shelter body, a sampling window is arranged in front of each sampling station, and the sampling windows are formed in the side wall of the shelter body; a detachable sampling oversleeve is installed at the position of each sampling window, an oversleeve hole is formed in one end of each sampling oversleeve and is formed in the sampling window, and the other end of the sampling oversleeve is provided with gloves which are arranged outside the sampling window; the side wall of the shelter body is further provided with an inlet and outlet door and a transmission window; and an air conditioner system and a positive-pressure air supply system are arranged in the shelter body, the air conditioner system is used for adjusting the temperature in the shelter body, and the positive-pressure air supply system is used for conveying clean air to the interior of the shelter body so that positive pressure can be formed in the shelter body relative to the outside environment. By means of the nucleic acid sampling shelter, face-to-face sampling is avoided, safety is improved, in addition, the temperature in the shelter can be adjusted, and the comfort of sampling personnel is improved.
