The invention provides an intelligent stereo garage management system used for managing parked cars in an intelligent garage. The intelligent stereo garage management system is characterized by comprising a plurality of multi-layer car loading devices, an operation terminal and a management server, wherein each multi-layer car loading device at least comprises two car loading robots used for bearing cars to serve as the top robot and the bottom robot; the operation terminal is arranged in a warehousing area and used for being operated by users to get and store the cars; the management server is in communication connection with the car loading robots and the operation terminal; the operation terminal is used for inputting parking requests by the users and transmitting the parking requests to the management server; the management server selects one car loading robot from robot identify numbers of the car loading robots not bearing the cars to serve as the robot for transferring, and takes the corresponding robot identify number as the to-be-transferred identify number; and a warehousing and ex-warehousing control part controls the corresponding the robot for transferring according tothe to-be-transferred identify number to move out and let the user park the car.
