The invention provides a building structure lifting system and lifting method, and belongs to the technical field of tower and mast lifting. The building structure lifting system comprises an anti-turnover measure, a track and lifting equipment. The top end of the anti-turnover measure is suitable for being connected with the bottom of a lifted section of a building, and at least two sliding assemblies which are arranged up and down at intervals are arranged on the side wall of the anti-turnover measure. The track is vertically disposed in a hoistway of the building and is used for making sliding contact with the sliding assemblies of the anti-turnover measure. The lifting equipment is suitable for being arranged in the hoistway of the building and is used for lifting the anti-turnover measure. According to the building structure lifting system, the building is lifted by the lifting equipment installed in the hoistway by lifting the anti-turnover measure; and the at least two sliding assemblies mounted on the anti-turnover measure are matched with the track and can enable the building to be lifted along a straight line, and the stability of the gravity center of the building duringlifting can be guaranteed.
