The invention relates to the technical field of electronic communications, and discloses a novel electronic information engineering communication tower. The novel electronic information engineering communication tower comprises a ground, wherein a support base is placed on the upper part of the ground; the middle of the lower part of the support base is movably sleeved with a limiting support plate; and one side of the support base is movably sleeved with a connecting bolt. According to the novel electronic information engineering communication tower, a first rotating column is rotated so thata first undetermined gear can rotate in use and a second undetermined gear can rotate through the linkage relationship in use of the communication tower, therefore, the function of changing the inclination angles of different positions of a signal emitter in use of the communication tower can be achieved, and meanwhile, after the positions are determined in the use process, the bolt is inserted into a round hole formed in the outer portion of the first gear of the communication tower and penetrates through the first gear so as to be clamped on a supporting column of the signal emitter, so that the flexibility and the convenience in use of the communication tower are improved in the use process.
