The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a glass door and window with a heat insulation function. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of preparing materials, preparing andsmelting door and window profiles, laminating the door and window profiles, laminating glass, assembling door and window frames, filling double-layer glass and coating paint. According to the manufacturing method, door and window profiles are prepared from various materials, wherein rare earth elements and the like have excellent heat insulation and preservation effects; the heat insulation profiles are coated with a specially-made heat insulation coating agent and are subjected to sealing treatment in a matched mode, so that the heat insulation effect is better, and the heat insulation coating agent is not easy to fall off; the door and window profiles are filled with heat insulation strips, so that the heat transfer path is blocked, and the heat insulation effect is further optimized; and meanwhile, double-layer glass is adopted, the sealing performance of the double-layer glass is guaranteed through a specially-made silicone sealant, energy absorption is reduced through vacuum coating, a glass interlayer is filled with inert gas argon, so that the heat transfer coefficient K value can be effectively reduced, and the sound insulation effect is achieved.
