The invention provides a gate and groove integrated flow measurement and control device, which solves the problems that water resources are wasted, a water measurement groove is low in measurement accuracy and high in water head loss, and a gate cannot be automatically opened or closed for irrigation according to time and quantity. The ultrasonic water level sensor is connected with the channel through a fixing support and located over the channel. A left shore wing and a right shore wing are respectively arranged on two inner side walls of the channel at the downstream of the ultrasonic waterlevel sensor; a gate groove is formed between the maximum wing thickness positions, door frames are arranged above channels on the two sides of the gate groove, two winches are arranged above the twodoor frames, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the two winches, a steel cable is connected to the rotating shaft in a wound mode, and the drooping end of the steel cable is connected with a gate matched with the gate groove. The device is simple in structure, automatic measurement of the water level and the flow can be integrated, opening and closing of the gate can be achieved, andthe irrigation area water resource management efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提出一种闸槽一体化的流量测控装置,解决了水资源浪费和量水槽测量精度低,水头损失高,和不能按时、按量自动开启或关闭闸门进行灌溉的问题;超声波水位传感器通过固定支架与渠道相连且位于渠道正上方;在超声波水位传感器下游处渠道的两个内侧壁上分别设置有左岸机翼和右岸机翼,在最大翼厚处之间设置有闸门槽,在闸门槽两侧渠道的上方设置有门框,在两个门框的上方设置有两个卷扬机,两个卷扬机之间转动连接有转轴,所述转轴上缠绕连接有钢缆,钢缆垂下的一端与闸门槽相配合的闸门相连;本发明结构简单,能够集水位、流量的自动式测量于一体,且能够实现闸门启闭,极大提高了灌区水资源管理效率。
