The invention discloses a furnace slag treatment process which comprises the following steps: S1, sorting metal, sand and mud contained in the furnace slag, and the sorted metal is warehoused; S2, thesorted sand and mud are mixed again through a mixer to form brick making aggregate, and then the brick making aggregate is warehoused; according to the method, metal substances such as iron, copper and aluminum in the furnace slag can be recycled, and non-metal components in the furnace slag are recycled to prepare a building infrastructure material and baking-free bricks; the furnace slag is subjected to multiple times of circulation treatment, the separation effect on metal in furnace the slag is improved, and meanwhile the metal separation efficiency is improved.
