Dicalcium silicate-calcium sulphosilicate-sulphoaluminate cement and one-step firing method thereof
The invention discloses a dicalcium silicate-calcium sulphosilicate-sulphoaluminate cement and a one-step firing method thereof. The cement is prepared from, by mass, 1 part of limestone, 0.15 to 0.4part of silicon dioxide, 0.2 to 0.5 part of aluminum oxide and 0.15 to 0.2 part of dihydrate gypsum. The method for firing the cement clinker product comprises the following steps: 1) mixing the limestone, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and dihydrate gypsum according to a required ratio, putting the mixture into a stirrer, and stirring for 6 hours for full mixing; 2) tabletting the raw material mixture under 4.5 MPa, drying, putting into a high-temperature furnace, gradually heating to 1150-1200 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 0.5-1 hour, quickly taking out, and cooling; and 3) crushing cooled clinker pieces in a vibration mill to obtain the cement clinker. The temperature required by the cement firing method is low, the energy consumption is low, and the clinker conversion rate in thefinished product can reach 90%.
