Environment-friendly naphthalene-based water reducer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a naphthalene-based water reducer, in particular to an environment-friendly naphthalene-based water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The naphthalene-based water reducer comprises following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 150 parts of distillation-rectification residues, 100 to 200 parts of naphthalene/naphthalene oil/anthracene oil/wash oil, 100 to 300 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid, 0 to 180 parts of fuming sulfuric acid, 3 to 20 parts of substituted sodium benzene sulfonate, 60 to 120 parts of formaldehyde, 60 to 315 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0to 40 parts of hydrolyzed water and 200 to 350 parts of supplemented water. The binaphthol distillation and rectification residues are used for synthesizing the naphthalene-based water reducer, phenolic hydroxyl groups, high-boiling-point organic matters and other active groups are introduced through grafting to act on cement particles, the water reducing and slump preventing effects of the naphthalene-based water reducer are enhanced, and a new direction is opened up for research of the naphthalene-based water reducer. Meanwhile, the binaphthol distillation and rectification residues are used for preparing the naphthalene-based water reducer, so that the resource waste caused by direct treatment of the residues is avoided, the environmental pollution caused by waste discharge during physical and chemical treatment is prevented, and the application of the binaphthol distillation and rectification residues in the new field is realized.
本发明涉及萘系高效减水剂,具体涉及一种环保型萘系高效减水剂及其制备方法。其制备原料,以重量份计,包括蒸馏‑精馏残渣50‑150份、萘/萘油/蒽油/洗油100‑200份、浓硫酸100‑300份、发烟硫酸0‑180份、取代苯磺酸钠3‑20份、甲醛60‑120份、氢氧化钠60‑315份、水解水0‑40份、补水200‑350份。本发明中将二萘酚蒸馏、精馏废渣用于合成萘系高效减水剂,经接枝引入酚羟基、高沸点有机物等活性基团作用于水泥颗粒,增强了萘系高效减水剂的减水、保塌效果,为萘系高效减水剂的研究开辟了新的方向。同时,利用二萘酚蒸馏、精馏残渣用于制备萘系高效减水剂,避免了残渣直接处理时的资源浪费,避免了物理、化学处理时废物排放对环境的污染,并实现了二萘酚蒸馏、精馏残渣在新领域的应用。
