Anti-cracking concrete filling agent and production process thereof
The invention discloses an anti-cracking concrete filling agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of modified nanoparticles, 30-50 parts of a high-adsorption filler, 10-20 parts of sodium hydroxide, 10-15 parts of acrylic resin emulsion, 10-15 parts of ethylene oxide, 10-15 parts of urea and 5-15 parts of kaolin. The production process comprises: adding modified nanoparticles and a high-adsorption filler into an acrylic resin emulsion, uniformly mixing, heating in a water bath at 40-50 DEG C, and magnetically stirring for 4-5 hours to obtain amixed solution D; and sequentially adding ethylene oxide, sodium hydroxide, urea and kaolin into the mixed solution D, uniformly stirring, and circularly heating with hot air at 80-100 DEG C for 2-3 hours to obtain the concrete filling agent. The invention further discloses a production process of the anti-cracking concrete filling agent. According to the invention, after the prepared filling agent is mixed with concrete, the concrete can be endowed with excellent stability, and the cracking resistance of the concrete is enhanced.
