Anti-seismic synchronous grouting material
The invention provides an anti-seismic synchronous grouting material. The material comprises water, cement, fly ash, aggregate, a plasticizer and a flexibilizer, the flexibilizer is emulsified asphalt, acrylate and/or epoxy resin, and the aggregate is sand and/or glass beads. The material is low in strength and elasticity modulus after being cured, so that the deformability of the material is remarkably improved, energy can be effectively absorbed when earthquake disasters happen, buffering is provided for duct pieces, and the anti-cracking, anti-seepage and anti-seismic effects are achieved;in addition, the material can effectively fill segment gaps, and plays a role in seepage prevention and settlement resistance in the tunnel construction period.
本发明提供了一种抗震同步注浆材料。该材料包括水、水泥、粉煤灰、集料、塑化剂及增韧剂,增韧剂为乳化沥青、丙烯酸酯和/或环氧树脂,集料为砂和/或玻化微珠。该材料固化后强度低、弹性模量低,使得材料的变形能力显著提高,从而在地震灾害发生时,可有效吸收能量,为管片提供缓冲,从而起到防裂防渗抗震作用;另外,该材料还能够有效的填充管片空隙,在隧道建设期间起到应有的防渗及抗沉降作用。
