Environment-friendly building coating and construction method
The invention relates to an environment-friendly building coating and a construction method thereof. The coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of silicon resin; 1-2 parts of dry ice; 5 to 10 parts of CaF2 (Er<3+>) nanoparticles; 0.5 to 4 parts of nano titanium dioxide; 0.25 to 0.60 part of a coupling agent; 10-15 parts of a curing agent; and 0.5-10 parts of anauxiliary agent. According to the environment-friendly building coating, the dry ice is doped into the silicon resin, so that the coating has a large number of communicated pores, a three-dimensionaland crossed photocatalytic reaction can be carried out, and the catalytic reaction effect is good. Meanwhile, CaF2 (Er<3+>) nanoparticles are adopted, when visible light is irradiated, generated photo-generated holes have higher oxidation capacity, the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 is improved, and the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 is further improved in combination with the carrier effect of modified silicon resin. The coating can be widely applied to various concrete base surfaces to form coatings, and air is purified through electrons generated by TiO2 in photocatalytic coatings.
本发明涉一种环保建筑涂料及施工方法,该涂料包括按照重量份数计的如下组分:硅树脂80~100份;干冰1~2份;CaF2(Er3+)纳米颗粒5~10份;纳米二氧化钛0.5~4份;偶联剂0.25~0.60份;固化剂10~15份;助剂0.5~10份。上述环保建筑涂料将干冰内掺于硅树脂中,使涂料具有大量的、连通的孔隙,能够进行立体、交叉的光催化反应,催化反应效果好。同时采用CaF2(Er3+)纳米颗粒,当可见光照射时,产生的光生空穴具有更强的氧化能力,提高TiO2的光催化性能,再结合改性硅树脂的载体作用,进一步提高TiO2的光催化性能。该涂料可广泛应用于各种混凝土基面形成涂层,通过光催化涂层中TiO2产生的电子来净化空气。
